Our main goal is to ensure that our teams are outfitted and happy with their purchase. You may return most new products within 15 days of delivery. Returns exclude customized orders (ex: numbers, names, logos, embroidery, patches, etc.). All returns must be in new condition, unworn, unlaundered, and with tags. All eligible returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to process any exchanges at this time.
We do our absolute best to make sure all orders are handled correctly. In the event of an error please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with a reference to your order number.
To initiate the return process, please:
1). Email email@example.com (subject: RETURN & ORDER #), and put the reason for the return in the body of the email.
2). Once your order is authorized for a return, please repackage the merchandise with the return form that you will receive by email.
In the event of an error made by us, we will take care of shipping fees. Any other unrelated matters will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once the items are back in our warehouse allow 3-7 business days to process a refund. You will receive an email with a refund confirmation once it has been processed. All payments will be returned to the original payment method.
