ORDER PROCESSING

PLACING YOUR ORDER

When your team order is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you specified on the order. It is extremely important to provide a valid email address when creating or editing your prosoccer.com account, as all communication regarding your order will be by email.

Pro Soccer processes all orders between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Processing time varies upon product availability and production requirements (name/number/ logo customization). Customized uniforms may take 12-20 business days (excluding holidays) to ship out. Non-customized uniforms may take 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) dependent on product availability. Orders placed over the weekend will be not processed until the following business day, so please take that under consideration when placing your team order.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/BACKORDERS

Pro Soccer has partnered with the most prominent brands in the industry to outfit your team with the latest gear. This means that these items are not stocked in our warehouse. All orders placed through our website will be delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. Please know that after your order is placed, certain items may have additional backorder dates derived directly from the manufacturer. We will remain in contact with you regarding these backorder dates which can impact arrival time.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed and processed, no additional changes can be made to your order. If you wish to add additional players a new order has to be placed. If the manufacturer’s backorder date impacts your needs, you may be able to revise (select different style) or cancel your order.

HEAVY ITEMS

Because of size and weight, certain products that may need to be drop-shipped from the manufacturer may take 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) to be processed. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order once your product has shipped. Heavy items will be subject to an additional surcharge/freight fees.

TAXES

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING

All non-customized team orders stocked with the brands will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days. Actual transit time will vary depending on your location in reference to the manufacturer’s location.

All customized team orders stocked with the brands will arrive to our headquarters in Monrovia, California between 7-10 business days. Orders will go through the customization process, including quality assurance within a 3-7 business day period. Once the customization process is completed orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Monrovia, California.

RUSH SHIPPING: At this time we do not offer rush or expedited services.

Shipping rates are calculated per unit. We only offer International Shipping to Canada. See estimated delivery times below.

Standard Shipping (UPS GROUND): Your package will be in transit up to 3-7 business days.

*Transit times do no account for order processing time. Please allow additional time for order processing.

Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated on the UPS website. *In-store pick up is available for those who would prefer this option. Your customer service representative will contact you when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or during the fall or spring season. During these times some products are subject to delivery restrictions because of size and weight and may be delayed because of these reasons. We are not responsible for weather related or shipping delays cause by shipping carriers.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Due to size/weight limitations, and customization processing times, orders may arrive in more than one package. Example: Socks are usually stocked by the manufacturer and are ready to be shipped immediately. Please allow a few days for all packages to arrive before reaching out to us regarding your order. The number of packages shipped will be indicated one the shipping labels and on your invoice.

INTERNATIONAL

Prosoccerteamstore.com is in the process of securing a third party company to fulfill all of your international orders. Currently we are only shipping to Canada.

CANADA

All Canadian orders are shipped by USPS Express International Mail. Please allow an additional fourteen business days to receive your order. This does not include manufacturer’s processing times. Be advised that your order total will be in US dollars.

In some cases, Canadian customers will be required to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Pro Soccer merchandise and shipping charges. We are not responsible for any custom fees applied to your package.

TRACKING INFORMATION
