PLACING YOUR ORDER

This will ensure that we can fulfill your order before you begin the ordering and customization process on our website.
When your team order is submitted online, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you specified on the order. It is extremely important to provide a valid email address when creating or editing your prosoccer.com account, as all communication regarding your order will be by email.
Processing time varies depending on product availability with the manufacturer and your order requirements (customized with name/number/logo or not).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/BACKORDERS
Pro Soccer has partnered with the most prominent brands in the industry to outfit your team with the latest gear.
This means that these items are not stocked in our warehouse. All orders placed through our website will be delivered to you directly from the manufacturer. Please know that after your order is placed, certain items may have additional backorder dates derived directly from the manufacturer. We will remain in contact with you regarding these backorder dates which can impact your arrival time.
PURCHASE ORDERS
We accept purchase orders for totals of $1,000 or more and can offer Net 15 terms for most PO orders. Please email your purchase orders to team@prosoccer.com, and one of our team members will contact you promptly.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order is placed and processed, no additional changes can be made to your order. If you wish to add additional players a new order has to be placed. If the manufacturer’s backorder date impacts your needs, you may be able to revise (select different style) or cancel your order.
TAXES
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a California address.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
USA SHIPPING
All non-customized team orders stocked with the brands will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer within 2-7 business days. Actual transit time will vary depending on your location in reference to the manufacturer’s location.
Customized orders can take 2-4 weeks to process and ship.
Non-customized orders can take 1 - 3 weeks to process and ship.
RUSH SHIPPING: At this time we do not offer rush or expedited services because all items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer. We have no control over shipping or inventory from those manufacturers.
Shipping rates are calculated per unit. We only offer shipping to the USA. We don't offer international shipping. See estimated delivery times below.
Standard Shipping: Your package will be in transit for up to 3-7 business days. Shipping will be either with UPS or FedEx.
*Transit times do no account for order processing time. Please allow additional time for order processing.
Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated on the UPS or FedEx website.
In-store pickup: In-store pickup is available for those who would prefer this option.
There will still be a shipping fee for in-store pickups simply because we first need to receive your order in our warehouse from the manufacturer.
Your customer service representative will contact you when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or during the fall or spring season. During these times some products are subject to delivery restrictions because of size and weight and may be delayed because of these reasons. We are not responsible for weather-related or shipping delays caused by shipping carriers or the manufacturer.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Due to size/weight limitations, and customization processing times, orders may arrive in more than one package. Example: Socks are usually stocked by the manufacturer and are ready to be shipped immediately.
Please allow a few days for all packages to arrive before reaching out to us regarding your order. The number of packages shipped will be indicated on the shipping labels and your invoice.
INTERNATIONAL
We do not offer international shipping at this time from our team store website. We do offer international shipping for smaller orders from prosoccer.com our sister website.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed, and we have confirmed product availability with the manufacturer, you will receive tracking updates once we have them.
